Job Requirements: 

We are looking for a professional and friendly Inside Sales and Counter Sales Specialist. The job entails working Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week. This position is responsible for the sales process from beginning to end and customer communication and satisfaction. Responsibilities include counter sales, helping customers, answering questions related to products, receiving payments, executing orders, and more. Must be able to sit and stand for long periods while on the job, communicate professionally and provide quality customer service. 

Additional Requirements Include: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent  
• Must pass initial hiring drug test and any random drug testing 
• Must have proper method of transportation to and from work 
• Arrive to work on time and begin at scheduled time 
• Assist customers with queries and provide solutions quickly 
• Willing to learn and grow within the company 
• Possess excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store 
• Ability to use math skills to come up with product solutions 
• Ability to use and read a tape measure 
• Must use equipment and tools in safe manner 
• Must work efficiently to complete tasks on schedule 
• Must work with internal team to ensure the delivery of a quality job 
• Maintain a positive attitude 
• Be a problem solver with the ability to provide suggestions when situations arise
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
